What you are looking at on this site.

Everything we show on stampedid.com is either real product or clearly marked as not. This page says which is which, so nothing on the site can be mistaken for something it is not.

The demonstration firm

Every screenshot and screen recording on this site comes from a demonstration account we seeded ourselves. The projects are invented. The people are invented — "Alex Tan" and "Farid Rahman" are not real people. The firms are invented: "Aqua Seal Waterproofing", "BrightTile Works", "Lim Bros M&E" and "TCK Waterproofing" are names we made up for the demonstration.

Any resemblance to a real person, a real firm or a real project is coincidental and unintended. No real firm's data, no real client's address and no real worker's photograph appears anywhere on this site. If you believe a name we used matches your business, tell us at hello@stampedid.com and we will change it.

AI-generated sample photographs

Some images that appear as site photographs inside the product screenshots are AI-generated samples. They are labelled DEMO · AI-generated sample where they appear. They are not photographs of real work, real sites or real people. They illustrate what a captured photograph looks like in the interface. They are not examples of workmanship and should not be read as any standard of work.

Screenshots may not match the product

StampedID is being built. Screens change. What you see on this site reflects the product at the time we captured it and may differ from the version you sign in to. Where a screenshot and the live product disagree, the live product is correct.

Features we describe but have not finished

Some things on this site describe where the product is going rather than where it is today. Statements about what StampedID will do, when it will do it, what a future tier will include, or what the pricing will be at general availability are plans, not promises, and they can change.

The prices shown on this site are indicative. They may change before full launch. Nothing is charged during the 2026 pilot.

Specifically, as at 18 September 2026:

The complaints figure we quote

The figure quoted on our home page — 962 complaints against renovation contractors in 2024, the highest of any sector that year, with S$728,000 in prepayment losses — is drawn from the Consumers Association of Singapore's annual complaints statistics as reported in February 2025.

Source: Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), February 2025.

We quote the figure because it describes the problem. It is CASE's number, not ours, and we have not independently verified how it was compiled. It describes complaints received, which is not the same as wrongdoing proven.

We are not connected to anyone we mention

StampedID is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, accredited by, sponsored by or connected to:

We do not use their logos or marks. Where we name one of these bodies, it is to identify the rules our users work under or to attribute a figure to its source, and nothing more. All names and marks belong to their owners.

Regulatory information on this site is general

References to HDB renovation rules — permitted hours for noisy work, the three-day cap on hacking, permits and their validity — and to MCST by-laws, BCA requirements and URA submissions, are general descriptions of rules published by those bodies. They are not advice, they are not complete, and they were accurate to the best of our knowledge at 18 September 2026.

Rules change. Buildings differ. MCSTs set their own hours. Check the requirements that apply to your job with the relevant authority or management office before you rely on anything here. StampedID does not pull permits, does not submit anything to any authority, and does not guarantee that a job run on it complies with anything. That responsibility stays with the firm.

Everything else

Anything on this site that reads as a result — days saved, rework avoided, setup time — describes what we have seen or what we are aiming at, not a guarantee of what you will get. Your projects, your subcontractors and your clients are not ours.

Our full terms of use and privacy notice also apply.

Short version, for a footer

Screenshots and recordings use a demonstration account. Projects, people and firms shown are fictional. Images marked "DEMO · AI-generated sample" are AI-generated and are not photographs of real work. Features shown may change and some are not yet released. Prices are indicative and may change before full launch. Complaints figures are reported by CASE, February 2025. StampedID is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HDB, CASE, BCA, URA or any MCST. StampedID does not pull permits and does not guarantee regulatory compliance; that remains the firm's responsibility. Full disclaimers.
