Built for Singapore interior designers

Take on the next project without another site visit.

How many times a week do you go down just to check? Your subcontractors send photos instead. You check them from wherever you are.

Book 25 minutes

Free through the 2026 pilot. No payment details. Data stored in Singapore.

The dashboard: one subcontractor waiting on you, day 27 of 64, and the whole job in bands by area against today.
The field app: one job you can start today, a waterproofing job sent back for rework, and the reason it was sent back.

01 Where it breaks

Where it breaks

The problem

Your renovation breaks in the same four places.

None of them is a surprise on the day it happens. Each one is an argument about what was done, and when, that nobody can settle because the record lives in a group chat.

  1. 01 Group chat chaos

Group chats work for three jobs and collapse at eight

One group per project, four to fifteen projects running at once. What was agreed sits somewhere in the scroll, and the claims live in a spreadsheet nobody has opened since Tuesday.

  2. 02 Nobody checked

Waterproofing tiled over before it dried

Tile over waterproofing that has not dried and the room comes out again. Our own estimate from Singapore rework quotes puts that at S$3,000 to S$6,000.

  3. 03 Off-site work

Carpentry vanishes for two to four weeks

Fabrication happens off site, typically two to four weeks, and uses no site labour. It drops out of most schedules and then overruns the job.

  4. 04 Client finds out first

962 complaints against renovation contractors in 2024, the highest of any sector, with S$728,000 lost in prepayments.

02 How it works

One loop, four steps, shown in the real product.

Photos leave site. You check them against what that subcontractor owes. Your check is what lets the next one start, once anything wet has dried. Every screen below is the product, on a demonstration job.

01 On site

Your subcontractor sends photos

Photos and a voice note against the checklist for that subcontractor, timestamped, saved to the phone first so one bar of signal is enough. No account to create, nothing to download.

02 In the office

You check it against what that subcontractor owes

Four photos, the checklist for waterproofing, and the two subcontractors waiting on this one piece of work.

03 Your check

Your check starts the drying time and lets the next one start

Nobody ticks a box to say it is done. Your check is the only thing that moves the job, or it goes back for rework with a reason your subcontractor can act on.

04 The next morning

Nothing is waiting on you

What is late, and what that late piece drags with it, is on one screen before you get in the car.

The field app evidence checklist: floor wide, wall-floor junction, floor trap corner, wall to 1.8 m, with take a photo and record a voice note.
Checking the work: four waterproofing photos labelled as a demo sample, the checklist for what waterproofing owes, and the work waiting on it.
Two actions: check it off, which starts the 48 hour drying time, or send it back for rework.
The dashboard with nothing waiting on you: day 27 of 64, 45 percent verified, and the subcontractors still to confirm dates.

03 What it does

Six things it already does. Every screen below is real.

Every label below is text the product prints. Nothing here is a mockup of something planned.

  • What is blocked, and by what

The order is held by photos, not by someone's word in a group chat.

The only thing that moves it What your check releases: yard tiling clears Sunday 20 September at 2:43pm, and the history showing you sent the work back with a reason.
  • A wrong call can be corrected, on the record

Undo a check and the reason is kept with it, and whatever it let start is told to hold.

A check being corrected: verified by Alex Tan on Friday 18 September, a warning that yard tiling will be told to hold, and a box for the reason.
  • Each subcontractor owes a specific list

Not “done”. Floor wide, wall-floor junction, floor trap corner, wall to 1.8 m.

What waterproofing owes, ticked off against four photos labelled as a demo sample.
  • Nobody assigned is something you can see

Not a thing you find out on the day.

Assign work: three pieces of work have nobody assigned, each awaiting a response.
  • A morning with nothing waiting

The empty state is the product working, not a screen with no data.

Needs you: nothing is waiting on you right now.
  • The whole job, as it actually stands

Verified, in progress, late and still to come, by area, against today.

2 late · 39% verified The whole job: five areas over sixty four working days, handover 20 November, with bands per trade against a today line.

04 Built for Singapore

The rules are already in the plan.

Generic construction software reads as foreign here. Pick HDB resale and the job arrives with the rules below applied as defaults.

  • HDB

    HDB rules as defaults

Noisy work on weekdays only, none on Sundays or public holidays. Hacking capped at three consecutive days. Permit validity tracked, with renewal added to the plan as a task before it lapses.

HDB's published rules, applied as defaults. Always check the current HDB guidelines.

  • Condo

Condo and MCST hours per building

Working hours set per building, because they genuinely differ. Lift bookings treated as the finite shared resource they are.

Set from the by-laws you give us for that building.

  • Responsibility

    You stay the registered contractor

HDB requires the permit to be applied for by a contractor on its Directory of Renovation Contractors, which for most design-and-build firms is the firm itself.

StampedID tracks these rules against your schedule. It does not certify anything and it does not deal with your client's money.

05 Indicative pricing

By projects running, not people in the office.

Subcontractors are free on every plan today; they join from a link, no account to create.

  • Foundation

    S$149/month

Up to 4 projects at once

Planning, photo records, your checks, and the HDB rules.

  • Portfolio

    S$649/month

Up to 20 projects at once

Adds team roles and trade-partner settings across more projects at once.

Planned before full launch: WhatsApp for subcontractors, exportable records, a client-facing progress view and API access.

  • Subcontractors free on every plan today
  • No payment details during the pilot
  • Founding rate for firms that reach handover

All prices in Singapore dollars. Prices are indicative and may change before full launch. Pilot firms that take one project through to handover keep a founding rate: the Studio tier at S$119 a month for 24 months.

We want a few interior design firms to build this with us.

Five to eight interior design firms in Singapore, one real project each, free through 2026. Twenty-five minutes at your office: we show you how it works on your own job, and you tell us where it does not fit. The pilot measures one thing: the trips you stop making.
